Becky is the Practice Manager. Becky and Tom have worked together since 2006. Becky takes care of the day to day running of the business and has built up a great rapport with many clients. Becky will go above and beyond to make sure the service we provide is streamlined and to the highest of standards. Tom trusts her implicitly and so do our clients.

Becky started working in the financial services sector fresh out of secondary school at only 16 years old. She had a successful career in a high street bank for 14 years, which is where she and Tom became friends, as well as colleagues.

When Becky was pregnant with her daughter Olivia back in 2018, she made the decision to leave her banking career behind and join Nori Financial as Tom was in search of a Practice Manager. The decision came easy as they had built up such a strong, professional relationship and dovetail each other perfectly. As colleagues previously, he knew how passionate she was about putting clients first, delivering customer service to a very high standard, and her attention to detail goes above and beyond, and this is exactly what Nori Financial wanted in a Practice Manager.

Becky gets a real buzz out of being organised, in charge, and on top of things, and in her own words, thoroughly enjoys her job here.

Becky is married to husband Nick, they've been together since 2009 and were married in 2015, living in Blackburn. They have 2 daughters together, Olivia, born in 2018, and Lottie, born in 2021.

Becky loves her holidays with her family or friends, and often goes away several times throughout the year, whether that be for a long weekend away or a full week or two of fun in the sun.
